A committed and continuously improving governance structure

The VIVESCIA governance structure, which underpins the long-term future of the Group’s business model, is currently the focus of particularly close attention as it implements a policy of continual progress. Over the years, specialist committees with responsibility for audits, remuneration, financial commitments, ethics and, most recently CSR, have been created and expanded. During that time, independent administrators and third parties have joined the governance bodies of VIVESCIA Industries, and most recently the Cooperative audit committee.
2021 saw the introduction of additional commitments as part of our new LINK Sustainable Development strategy, which has the twin targets of ensuring compliance with 100% of the recommendations set out in the HCCA* Guide to Cooperative Enterprise Governance by June 2023, and implementing a multiyear training plan for administrators to provide them with enhanced support in carrying out their duties as members of the various governance bodies..
